I have a small pea-sized hard, non-movable, painless lump on my forehead. Is it serious if left untreated, and do I need treatment for it?
A small hard lump on the forehead may occur due to a cyst, blocked gland, or a harmless fatty growth. If it is painless and not increasing in size, it is usually not a serious problem. Avoid pressing or touching the lump repeatedly. Consult a doctor if the lump increases in size, becomes painful, or shows any changes.
