If you have dry skin, sun spots, and tanning, follow a gentle skincare routine to help your skin recover. Wash your face with a mild cleanser, apply a good moisturiser regularly to keep the skin hydrated, and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every day to prevent further sun damage. Creams containing ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or kojic acid may help reduce tanning and lighten sun spots gradually. Drinking plenty of water, eating fruits and vegetables, and avoiding excessive sun exposure can also improve skin health.
