Premont-N tablets should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Typically, to delay a period, you take one tablet three times a day, starting three days before your expected period. Swallow the tablets whole with water, with or without food, at the same time each day. After you stop taking the medication, your period will usually start within 2 to 4 days, though it can occasionally take up to a week.
