I've been taking Prolomet AM 50 and Goodpress 50 daily for BP for the last six years. What are the side effects of these medications, and what remedies can you suggest?
Prolomet AM 50 and Goodpress 50 are commonly used for blood pressure control and are usually safe for long-term use. Possible side effects include dizziness, tiredness, slow pulse, swelling of the feet, headache, or cold hands and feet. To reduce side effects, take the medicines at the same time daily, avoid sudden position changes, limit salt intake, stay active with regular walking, maintain a healthy weight, and manage stress. See your doctor if side effects persist or worsen.
