My 65-year-old grandmother, who has diabetes, high blood pressure, and occasional chest pain, is prescribed Dynaglipt M and Zolahart 40. We accidentally gave her Prolomet XL 25 instead of Zolahart 40, and since she currently has no chest pain, is it safe to permanently switch her to Prolomet XL 25 instead of Zolahart 40?
