I have a constantly disturbed stomach, I am overweight, and I usually have breakfast around 12:30 PM. I sleep very little and have disturbed sleep with many dreams at night. I return home late from work at my chemist shop, and despite being tired, I do not get sound sleep. Can you please advise what I should do to get sound sleep and feel fresh in the morning?
