Renerve Plus Capsule contains Methylcobalamin 750 mcg and Pregabalin 75 mg. A burning sensation in the throat is not a well-documented side effect of pregabalin or methylcobalamin. It is more likely due to the capsule irritating the oesophagus if it does not go down smoothly, especially when taken without enough water or while lying down. To reduce this, take the capsule with a full glass of water and remain upright for a few minutes after swallowing. If the burning persists, worsens, or is accompanied by pain, difficulty swallowing, or heartburn, consult your doctor for proper evaluation.
