I want to improve my eyesight and would like to know if any eye drops can help with this problem?
Improving eyesight depends on the actual cause of the vision problem. Eye drops mainly help with dryness, irritation, burning, or eye strain rather than permanently increasing eyesight power. Long screen time, poor sleep, excessive mobile use, reduced blinking, dehydration, or uncorrected glasses power can make the eyes feel tired and affect vision clarity temporarily. Lubricating eye drops, also called artificial tears, may help reduce dryness and improve eye comfort during reading or screen work. Preservative-free drops are often preferred for frequent use because they are gentler on sensitive eyes. Proper lighting while reading, regular sleep, hydration, and limiting continuous screen exposure may also help maintain healthy vision. Do eye exercise and follow the 20-20-20 rule by taking short breaks during screen use to reduce eye strain. Consult your doctor if you have persistent blurred vision, headache, redness, eye pain, or worsening eyesight, as an eye examination may be needed to identify the exact cause.
