I have been taking ROLES-D (Domperidone + Rabeprazole) daily for over two years. Could this medication cause my belly to enlarge or become bloated?
Long-term use of ROLES-D usually does not cause the belly to get bigger. Some mild bloating or fullness may occur, mainly from Rabeprazole, but visible enlargement is uncommon. If you notice significant or persistent swelling, it is likely due to another cause, and you should consult a doctor for evaluation.
