Since your neurologist initially prescribed it for only 15 days, you should not continue taking it indefinitely or reduce the dose on your own without medical advice. Arrange a follow-up appointment with your doctor to review whether you still need the medicine and whether the dose should be continued, reduced, or stopped. Stopping or changing the dose without guidance may cause your symptoms to return.
