I had a comminuted patella fracture in my right knee and underwent surgery with tension band wiring and screws about 5 months ago. I can now bend my knee up to 120 degrees, but I am still unable to run properly. What kind of rehabilitation or exercises may help me regain strength and return to normal activity?
