Do not take ABACAVIR+DOLUTEGRAVIR+LAMIVUDINE if you are allergic to its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had hepatitis B or C infection, liver, kidney or heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy. Avoid breastfeeding while taking ABACAVIR+DOLUTEGRAVIR+LAMIVUDINE. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms of lactic acidosis (stomach pain with vomiting and nausea; weakness or tiredness; trouble breathing; unusual muscle pain; feeling cold, especially in the arms and legs; dizziness or lightheadedness; or fast/irregular heartbeat), severe liver problems (yellow colouration of skin and eyes, dark coloured urine, light coloured stools, nausea, itching, stomach pain) or signs of infection (fever, cold sores, night sweats, swollen glands, wheezing, cough, weight loss, diarrhoea).
