BECLOMETASONE+CLOTRIMAZOLE+OFLOXACIN contains Beclometasone (corticosteroid), Clotrimazole (antifungal), and Ofloxacin (antibiotic) as active ingredients. This medicine works by inhibiting the growth of microbes (bacteria and fungi) that are responsible for the spread of infection.

Beclometasone works by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole inhibits fungi growth by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Ofloxacin inhibits the bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme required for the replication, transcription and repair of the DNA.
