I gave birth to a baby girl via C-section a year ago. Since then, I have been experiencing low blood pressure, fatigue, weakness, and an uneasy feeling. What could be the reason?
These symptoms following a C-section may be caused by dehydration, vitamin shortages, thyroid imbalance, or postpartum anemia. Low blood pressure and weakness can also be brought on by hormonal fluctuations, insufficient sleep, or stress. Please see your doctor and get tests for vitamin D, B12, iron, thyroid, and hemoglobin.
