I have a lot of pimples on my face, including both small and large ones. Which face wash should I use?
If you have many pimples, including both small and large ones, choose a gentle face wash that does not dry or irritate your skin. A face wash containing salicylic acid can help remove excess oil, clear blocked pores, and reduce new pimples. If your skin is sensitive or very dry, start with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser instead. Wash your face gently twice a day, especially after sweating. Avoid scrubbing, rubbing, or squeezing the pimples, as this can worsen inflammation and leave marks or scars. Do not use several acne products at the same time unless advised by a doctor. If the larger pimples are painful, deep, filled with pus, or leaving scars, consult a dermatologist to examine your skin. You may need additional treatment besides a face wash.
