Follow your doctor’s instructions on how and when to use this medicine. Scrabic Lotion is mainly used for scabies, but it may be used for head lice only if advised by your doctor. For scabies, apply a thin layer to the entire body from the neck down on clean, dry skin. Avoid the face and scalp unless advised. Leave it on for 8 to 12 hours or overnight, then wash it off thoroughly. For head lice, if prescribed, apply it to the scalp and hair, leave it on as advised, then rinse well and comb out lice and eggs. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth, and wash clothes, bedding, and towels to prevent reinfestation.
