The Semaglyn 15 mg pen contains 15 mg, so in theory it could equal 15 doses of 1 mg each. However, it is not intended to be used by simply dividing into fixed equal doses, because dosing is individualised and prescribed by the doctor, and may change over time. As per the storage instructions on the official label, after first use, the assembled pen can be stored at room temperature (15°C to 30°C) for up to 56 days or in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) for up to 8 months.
