To reduce acid production, a generic H2 blocker like famotidine or a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole can be very effective. For the bloating, simethicone helps break up gas bubbles. Please take these as directed on the package. Eating smaller meals, avoiding carbonated drinks, and staying upright after eating will also help.
