I am taking Tayo 60K Orange Tablet once a week for my vitamin D deficiency. What else should I do?
Along with your current supplement, try to get about 15-20 minutes of regular sunlight exposure several times a week. Include vitamin D and calcium-rich foods such as fatty fish, red meat, fish liver oils, eggs, curd, and green leafy vegetables in your diet. Complete the full course as advised, avoid overdosing, and have your vitamin D levels rechecked if your doctor recommends it.
