This prescription contains a combination of blood pressure-lowering medicines (telmisartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide). Reducing or changing the dose suddenly can cause a dangerous rebound spike in your blood pressure. If you feel the current dose is too strong?especially if you are experiencing dizziness or fatigue?please consult your prescribing doctor immediately. They can safely evaluate your blood pressure and adjust your therapy to a lower strength. Until your appointment, please continue your medication as prescribed and keep a daily log of your blood pressure readings to share with them.
