I have been taking Telsar 40 H and Met XL 25 for high blood pressure for the last 3 years. What are the side effects of these tablets, and how can I stop taking them?
Met XL may result in a slow pulse, exhaustion, or cold hands, whereas Telsar-H may cause electrolyte imbalance, low blood pressure, and dizziness. Don't quit abruptly; if your blood pressure is normal, you can only gradually lower your medication under a doctor's supervision.
