Your acidity issue is not usually caused by Telvas AM, but long-term stress, irregular meals, or certain foods might worsen it. You can manage acidity by eating on time, avoiding spicy or oily foods, not lying down right after meals, and asking your doctor if you need an antacid along with your BP medicine.
