I have hypogonadism, but my testicles and pituitary MRI are normal. My testosterone level is 6.89. My doctor suggested TRT with Testoviron depot 250. What could the issue be, and is there a permanent solution?
Low testosterone and a normal MRI indicate functional or secondary hypogonadism brought on by stress, obesity, disease, or drugs. While treating underlying causes (hormones, sleep, weight loss) may aid in recovery and occasionally lessen long-term dependence, TRT can alleviate symptoms.
