Why do I experience neck pain while sleeping?
Neck pain during sleep is often due to poor pillow support, wrong sleeping posture, or muscle strain. Using a pillow that is too high or too flat, sleeping on your stomach, or staying in one position too long can strain neck muscles. Stress, long screen time, or cervical spine issues can also contribute. Try using a medium-firm pillow, sleep on your back or side, do gentle neck stretches, and maintain good posture during the day. If pain persists or worsens, see a doctor.
