At 34 weeks, pain over a previous C-section scar should not be ignored. If the pain persists, increases, becomes continuous, or you notice tightening of the abdomen, decreased baby movements, bleeding, or fluid leakage, go to the hospital immediately. Contact your OB for proper monitoring.
