Fungal infections on the arms often cause itching, redness, circular rashes, scaling or irritation and may spread more in hot weather, sweating, tight clothing or moisture. Improvement within a few days suggests that the treatment may be helping, but fungal infections often return if treatment is stopped too early or the skin is damp. Tyza tablet and Tyza cream are commonly used for fungal infections, but oral antifungal medicines should ideally be taken under medical guidance because the required duration and safety depend on the infection severity and overall health. Keep the affected area clean and dry, avoid scratching, and wear loose cotton clothes to reduce sweating and irritation. Do not use steroid-containing creams without proper advice because they can temporarily hide symptoms and worsen fungal infection later. Consult your doctor if the rash spreads, becomes painful, or does not continue improving within the next several days.
