I get mouth ulcers frequently, and they come back soon after healing. How can I prevent them from coming back?
Frequent mouth ulcers may occur if the mouth lining is easily irritated or if the body lacks certain nutrients. Try to maintain good oral hygiene and include foods rich in vitamins such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, and whole grains. Avoid biting the inside of the mouth and limit very spicy or acidic foods. If the ulcers keep recurring, consult a doctor to rule out nutritional deficiencies or other causes.
