If you are less than 12 hours late in taking Viana-35 Tablet, contraceptive protection is not reduced. In such case, take it as soon as you remember and take further tablets at the usual time. If you are more than 12 hours late in taking this tablet or you have missed more than one tablet, your hormone levels may drop which may result in reduced contraceptive protection, irregular bleeding or spotting and mood swings.
