I am experiencing blurred vision that looks like a 3D image seen without 3D goggles. I also have spots in the centre of my cornea. I can see more clearly and read properly only when I tilt my head downward. What could be the cause of this problem?
Blurred vision with spots in the centre of the cornea may be due to corneal scarring (damage to the cornea), keratoconus (a progressive eye condition where the cornea thins, leading to blurred vision), or other eye conditions affecting the cornea. Tilting your head may temporarily help focus, but you should see an eye specialist (ophthalmologist) as soon as possible for a thorough eye exam and proper treatment to prevent further vision problems.
