It is generally safe to take these, but we must manage how you take them. Your diabetes medications, Galvus (vildagliptin) and Vogs GM (voglibose, glimepiride, metformin), work well together but can occasionally lower your blood sugar too much; watch for shakiness. Maxgalin (pregabalin) can cause mild sleepiness. Crucially, Unienzyme contains activated charcoal, which can prevent your other medicines from being absorbed. Please take Unienzyme at least two hours apart from your other tablets. Lastly, Pantocid DSR (pantoprazole and domperidone) is best taken on an empty stomach. Please discuss this timing with your doctor to ensure your therapy is safe and highly effective.
