If your son has been seizure-free for 2 years on Zenoxa, doctors usually continue it for 2 to 3 years without seizures before considering stopping it. Any dose reduction must be done slowly and only under a doctor's advice. Common side effects include dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, headache, nausea, vomiting, double vision, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, and weakness.

Loss of consciousness and seizures, even without head pain, are not normal and need proper medical evaluation, especially after an accident. Breast pain and back pain near the heart area may be due to muscle or nerve injury, but they should not be ignored.
