Can I take Zerodol-P Tablet for a severe toothache?

I have been taking Zerodol P for joint pains due to chikungunya for three months. Is this risky, and what effects might it have?

I have been suffering from a continuous, severe headache since last night, especially in the temporal region. The pain is unbearable. I have taken P650, Zerodol-P, and Vasograin, but did not get relief. As advised by a consultant, I then took Tramadol and Stemetil along with a Pan 40 injection, which gave only short-term relief. Later, I took Alprax 0.25 mg and felt sleepy, but still did not get much relief. Kindly suggest what I should do next?
