I have ringworm on my neck and am treating it with Griseofulvin and Livocetirizine, along with weekly Zocon 400 Tablet. The itching is not improving. Could you suggest an antifungal spray or cream?
You may use a prescription-strength antifungal cream or spray, such as terbinafine or clotrimazole, applied twice daily to the affected area. Continue your current medications as prescribed, and keep the area clean and dry. Avoid steroid-based creams and do not share towels or clothing. If the itching does not improve after 2 weeks, consult your doctor, as the infection may be resistant or the diagnosis may need to be reviewed.
