I've had a persistent headache for the past three days that starts in the evening, first on both sides and then on one side. I take tryptomer 5 mg at bedtime, which helped me in the past, but it hasn't helped me in the last three days. I take Zolmist nasal drops for severe headaches, and my CT scan results are normal. I can't sleep well at night.
