I have had diabetes since 2005 and have been taking Triglycomet Tablet and Zomelis Met 50 mg/500 mg Tablet. My fasting blood sugar is above 170 mg/dL, and postprandial is above 250 mg/dL. Should my medications be adjusted?
Your blood sugar levels are higher than they should be, which means your diabetes is not well-controlled. Do not change your medicines on your own, as this may affect your blood sugar control. Please see your doctor, who can adjust the dose, add another diabetes medicine, or advise insulin therapy if needed.
