You can apply soothing oral gels like Dologel CT or Zytee RB Gel to reduce pain and speed healing, and avoid spicy or hot foods. If the blister keeps recurring, becomes very large, or does not heal within 1?2 weeks, consult a doctor to rule out other causes.
