A back spasm can take about a week or more to fully improve. Since Acemiz-MR helped only a little, try warm compresses, gentle stretching, good posture, and avoiding bending or lifting. These usually give better relief than medicines alone. If the pain does not improve in a few more days or you get leg numbness, see an orthopaedic doctor for a stronger medicine or physiotherapy.
