I often develop headaches after travelling by bus, train, or bike. What could be the reason, and how can I prevent it?
Headaches after travel are often due to factors like motion sickness, dehydration, fatigue, noise, or exposure to heat and pollution. To prevent this, stay well hydrated, get enough rest before travel, avoid strong smells, and try to sit in a comfortable, well-ventilated spot. Wearing sunglasses or earplugs can also help if light or noise triggers your headache.
