Your throat is not improving even after 6 days of antibiotics, which suggests the medicine may not be helping. You should see a doctor to change the treatment. Till then, do warm salt-water gargles, drink warm fluids, and take paracetamol for pain.

Mild diarrhoea can happen with Droxyl 500 and Ascazin, as both medicines may upset the stomach. Do not stop the antibiotic on your own. Drink plenty of fluids, such as ORS, and eat light food. If diarrhoea becomes severe, bloody, or lasts more than 2-3 days, consult your doctor.
