Yellowing of the soles of your feet is not a typical side effect of Glycomet (metformin). Often, this localized yellowing is a harmless condition called carotenoderma, which can happen if you have recently eaten a lot of foods rich in beta-carotene, like carrots or pumpkin. However, yellowing can sometimes relate to liver health. Please rest assured, but do check if the whites of your eyes are also yellow. I highly recommend consulting your doctor.
