If a pack of Anca‑V Vaginal Suppositories contains three capsules, should all three be inserted at once or one per day?
Only one suppository should be inserted into the vagina each night for three consecutive nights, preferably before bedtime. The pack of 3 capsules is designed to last 3 nights and should not be used all at once. Treatment should be started on days when you are not having your period, so the 3‑night course does not overlap with menstruation.
