Depura 60K contains a very high dose of vitamin D3 and is not routinely recommended for a 3 year old unless a doctor has confirmed vitamin D deficiency and specifically advised this strength, because children typically need much lower daily amounts and unsupervised high doses may increase the risk of vitamin D excess, so it is best to consult a pediatrician before giving it to your child.
