I have Parkinson’s disease. I am taking Syndopa Plus (1 tablet three times a day) and Ropark 0.5 mg (1 tablet at bedtime), along with medicines for blood pressure and cholesterol. Now I am facing muscle rigidity and stiffness. Can you prescribe medicine for this?
Muscle rigidity and stiffness are common symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, even while taking Syndopa Plus and Ropark. These medications often require careful adjustment over time, and additional therapies may be considered, but only by your neurologist. Because you are also on blood pressure and cholesterol medicines, any changes must be made under medical supervision to avoid drug interactions or side effects. Please do not add or alter medication on your own. The safest step is to consult your treating doctor, who can review your current regimen and decide the most appropriate management for your symptoms.
