Proven anti-epileptic medications are the best way to manage epilepsy; quitting or switching to Ayurvedic medications can be harmful and cause seizures. There is no solid evidence that Ayurvedic treatments can take the place of conventional epilepsy medications, therefore if you want to switch treatments, do so only under a neurologist's supervision.
