I have been using Tolkem D since 25/10/25, for about one month. How many days can it be used to reduce pain in both hands and legs due to my slipped disc?
Tolkem D, which contains diclofenac and tolperisone, is intended for short-term relief of pain and muscle spasm and should not be taken for long periods without a doctor’s supervision, as prolonged use can cause side effects and will not treat the underlying slipped disc. If you have already used it for about one month and still have pain in your hands and legs, it suggests that the slipped disc needs further medical evaluation rather than continuing the same medicine. Your doctor can assess the severity, adjust your treatment, and guide you on safer long-term options such as physiotherapy, posture correction, exercises, or alternative medicines.
