After finishing hormonal medications like Dulton L or Meprate (medroxyprogesterone), it is quite common for your period to take 7 to 10 days?and sometimes up to 14 days?to arrive, especially with PCOS. Since it has been 7 days, I recommend waiting another 3 to 5 days. If you are sexually active, please take a home pregnancy test to rule that out. If your period still hasn?t started after 14 days, consult your gynecologist to safely plan your next steps.
