After finishing medroxyprogesterone acetate (Meprate), it is very common for a withdrawal bleed to take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, and sometimes up to two weeks, to begin. Since it has only been six days, your body may just need a little more time. I highly recommend waiting a few more days. If your period still does not start after 10 days, please consult your gynecologist for guidance rather than taking any new medication.
