If your doctor recommends it, take an antihistamine, try steam inhalation, drink warm liquids, and get plenty of rest to treat your cold and sneezing. Reduce fried and sugary meals, eat more fruits, vegetables, and protein, and concentrate on portion management if you want to lose weight. Once you feel better, try to get in at least 30 to 45 minutes per day of vigorous walking or exercise.
