Looking at your medications, Nexpro (esomeprazole) and Pan-D (pantoprazole/domperidone) are both acid reducers; taking both may be unnecessary duplication. Generally, Nexpro or Pan-D is taken 30 minutes before breakfast. Vizilac (probiotics) can be taken with breakfast. Gaviscon is usually taken after meals or at bedtime as needed. Since these haven't improved your appetite, I strongly recommend consulting your doctor before switching treatments. They can safely adjust your regimen and investigate the underlying cause of your appetite loss.
