I have been having dysentery for the past two days and feel fatigued and nauseated. What foods should I eat, and how can I get better?
Drink plenty of fluids such as water and oral rehydration solution to prevent dehydration. Eat light and easy-to-digest foods such as rice, bananas, toast, and yoghurt, and avoid oily or spicy foods.
